Medium sized companies

Medium sized companies ( turnover of  € 12 million; 50 employees and balance sheet total of 6 million) are legally obliged to have their (consolidated)  financial statements audited by a qualified professional. To carry out legal audits a licence by the AFM is required. Versluis Accountancy has an AFM licence and is therefore qualified to perform legal audits. Our knowledge and experience gives Versluis Accountancy an excellent position to perform audits on not-profit organisations and medium sized companies.

Versluis Accountancy has adequately implemented the measures to improve the quality and independence of audits in the Netherlands as presented in the report “In the Public Interest”.
